How can resolve problem STL2 fault in delta VFD-ED series drive ?

STL2 STO Loss 2 - STO2–SCM2 internal hardware error.
1. Check the STO2/SCM2 wiring.
2. Reset the emergency switch (ON) and reboot the motor drive.
3. Check the voltage at least > 11 V.
4. Check the wiring between STO2 and E24V, and the wiring
between SCM2 and DCM.
5. After checking all the wiring, reboot the motor drive.
