Cause : Keypad copy function error comes when the keypad is not in good connection or offline or the part of the communication circuits of the keypad or main board have fault.

"E10" fault indicate that the hardware issue in keypad or faulty communication cable.

1. Check the keypad cable and and ensure it is normal.
2. Check the environment and eliminate the interference source.
3. Change hardware and ask for maintenance service.
