Cause : Control Board Connection Error comes when connection error between the control board and the drive or when drive fails to operate properly due to electrical signal interference.

1. Turn off the power and check the connection between the control board and the drive.
2. If the problem continues, replace the control board or the entire drive.
3. Check the various options available to minimize the effects of noise.
4. Counteract noise in the control circuit, main circuit, and ground wiring.
5. Use only recommended cables or other shielded line. Ground the shield on the controller side or the drive input power side.
6. Ensure that other equipment such as switches or relays do not cause noise. Use surge suppressors if required.
7. Separate all communication wiring from drive power lines. Install an EMC noise filter to the drive power supply input.
