Cause : Terminal Board Communications Error comes when communication error occurred at the terminal board or there is a self-diagnostic error in the control circuit or connector on the operator is damaged. 

• Connector on the operator is damaged: Replace the operator.
• Cycle power to the drive.
• If the problem continues, replace the control board or the entire drive.
