Cause : Motor Data Error comes when motor data or data entered during Auto-Tuning was incorrect or motor rated power and motor-rated current settings (T1-02 and T1-04) do not match.

  1. Check that the motor data entered to T1 parameters matches motor nameplate input before Auto-Tuning.
  2. Restart Auto-Tuning and enter the correct information.
  3. Check the drive and motor capacities.
  4. Correct the settings of parameters T1-02 and T1-04.
  5. Motor rated current and detected no-load current are inconsistent.
  6. Check the motor rated current and no-load current.
  7. Correct the settings of parameters T1-04 and E2-03.
  8. Base frequency and motor rated speed (T1-05 and T1-07) do not match.
  9. Correct the settings of parameters T1-05 and T1-07.
  10. Check that the correct number of poles were entered to T1-06.
