Cause : Motor Overheat (NTC Input) comes when the motor temperature exceeded the level set to L1-16 (or L1-18 for motor 2).

  1. Check the size of the load, the accel/decel times, and the cycle times.
  2. Decrease the load.
  3. This reduces load tolerance at low speeds.
  4. Check the motor rated current.
  5. Enter the motor rated current to parameter E2-01 as indicated on the motor nameplate.
  6. Ensure the motor cooling system is operating normally.
  7. Repair or replace the motor cooling system.
