Cause : Snubber Discharge Resistor Overheat comes when the load was too large during repetitious operation or the input power supply voltage is too high.

  1. Reduce the voltage to within the range in the power supply specifications. •
  2. Increase the capacity of the power supply.
  3. Lower the impedance of the input power supply wiring.
  4. The input power supply voltage is too high.
  5. The capacity of the power supply is too small.
  6. The distortion in the power supply is too large.
  7. Check the load conditions. (Reduce the load.)
  8. Increase the acceleration/deceleration time.
