Cause : Option Card Fault comes when option card connector connection fault or option card A/D converter fault. This fault also comes when hardware issue in control card or noise or spike on the control circuit input terminals.
- Perform a factory initialization.
- Cycle power off and on to the drive.
- Replace the control board.
