Cause : Communication Option Card Interconnection Fault comes when an option board is not correctly connected to the control board or an option board that is not made for the Drive is attached to the control board.

1. Remove power to the drive.
2. Connect the option board once more.
3. Perform a factory initialization.
4. Cycle power off and on to the drive.
5. Replace the option board.
6. Replace the control board.
