Motor Speed error fault in yaskawa G7 drive

Cause : Motor speed error (detected only for rotational autotuning) comes when the torque reference was too high (100%) during acceleration (for open- loop vector control or flux vector control).

  1. If the motor is connected to the machine, disconnect it. 
  2. Increase C1-01 (Acceleration Time 1).
  3. Check the input data (particularly the number of PG pulses and the number of motor poles).
