Cause : Heatsnk MAX Temp comes when the temperature of the Inverter's cooling fins exceeded the setting in L8-02 or the overheat protection level.

  1. The ambient temperature is too high. Install a cooling unit.
  2. There is a heat source nearby. Remove the heat source.
  3. The Inverter's cooling fan has stopped.
  4. Replace the cooling fan.
  5. A short-circuit between +V, -V, and AC terminals occurred.
  6. Overload in the control circuit terminal.
  7. Make sure that incorrect wiring has not been done.
    • Check the resistance and wiring for the frequency setting potentiometer, etc. (Check that the cur- rent for terminals +V and –V is 20 mA or less.)
  8. The Inverter's cooling fan has stopped.
    • The heatsink is clogged.
    • Replace the cooling fan.
