OH3 alarm in yaskawa G7 drive

Cause : Motor Overheating comes when E was set for H3-09 and the motor temperature thermistor input exceeded the alarm detection level or the motor has overheated.

  1. Check the size of the load and the length of the acceleration, deceleration, and cycle times.
  2. Check the V/f characteristics.
  3. Check the motor temperature input on terminals A1 and A2.
