Cause : Motor Overheat 1 comes when the Drive stops or continues operation according to the setting of L1-03. Overheating of motor as measured by motor thermistor.

1. Check the size of the load, the accel/decel times, and the cycle times.
2. Decrease the load.
3. Check the motor rated current.
4. Ensure the motor cooling system is operating normally.
5. Repair or replace the motor cooling system.
