Cause : CarrFrq/On-Delay comes when carrier frequency data setting fault. Carrier frequency proportional gain C6-05 > 6 and C6-04 > C6-03. Upper/lower limit error of C6-03 to 5.0kHz.
- Parameter setting incorrect.
- Check the program settings and correct the errors.
