Cause : The PG is Disconnected comes when the Inverter is outputting a frequency, but PG pulses aren't being input. The PG is wired incorrectly.

1. There is a break in the PG wiring. Fix the broken/disconnected wiring.
2. Power isn't being supplied to the PG. Supply power to the PG properly.
3. Brake is applied to the motor. Check for open circuit when using brake (motor).
