Saturation error fault in yaskawa G7 drive

Cause : Motor core saturation error (detected only for rotational autotuning) comes when the results of autotuning has exceeded the setting range for a user constant so a temporary setting was made for the motor core saturation coefficient.

  1. heck the input data.
  2. Check motor wiring.
  3. If the motor is connected to the machine, disconnect it.
