Cause : Option Communication Error comes when the communications cable wiring is incorrect. Assign a Up/Down command or speed reference to the option card. After initial communication was established, the connection was lost.
- Check for faulty wiring.
- Correct the wiring.
- Check for disconnected cables and short circuits.
