Cause : Motor Overheat (PTC Input) comes when the thermistor wiring that detects motor temperature is defective. Correct wiring errors.

  1. The motor overheat signal to analog input terminal A1 or A2 exceeded the alarm detection level.
  2. Detection requires multi-function analog input H3-02 or H3-10 be set to “E”.
  3. Check the size of the load, the accel/decel times, and the cycle times.
  4. Decrease the load.
  5. Increase the acceleration and deceleration times (C1-01 through C1-08).
