Parker DC590+ Plus is an enhanced version of the popular DC590 series of digital DC drives. It builds upon the established reliability and performance of the DC590, adding features and capabilities to meet the evolving needs of industrial applications.
Features
The advanced DC590+ series 4-quadrant variable speed DC drives offer current ratings of up to 1950A, function block programming, configurable I/O and extensive application software, meeting the demands of the most complex DC motor control applications.
The Integrator series is a single family of both AC drives (AC690+) and DC drives (DC590+) that provides the benefits of common programming, set-up and communication across both technologies. The DC590+ Integrator series highly advanced DC drive meets the demands of the most complex motor control applications. Extensive application software (including winder control as standard) together with Function Block Programming and configurable I/O creates a total drive system in a single module.

Programming
Featuring an intuitive menu structure, the ergonomically designed operator panel allows quick and easy access to all parameters and functions of the drive via a bright, easy to read backlit display and tactile keypad. Additionally, it provides local control of start/stop, speed demand and rotation direction to greatly assist with machine commissioning.
- Multi-Lingual alpha-numeric display
- Customized parameter values and legends
- On drive or remote mounting
- Local control of start/stop, speed and direction
- Quick set-up menu
Function Blocks
Function Block Programming is a flexible control structure that allows an almost infinite combination of user functions to be realized with ease. Each control function (an input, output, process PID for example) is represented as a software block that can be freely interconnected to all other blocks to provide any desired action. The drive is shipped with the function blocks pre-configured as a standard DC drive so you can operate it straight from the box without further adjustments. Alternatively, create your own control strategy with free DSELite software.
