A010 alarm in WEG CFW900 Drive indicates Rectifier Overtemperature. This means the input rectifier modules are running unusually hot, warning of potential cooling issues or overload.
Cause:
- High ambient temperature around the inverter (> 50 °C) and high output current.
- Blocked or defective cooling fan.
- Inverter heatsink is too dirty, preventing proper cooling airflow.
Note: It can be disabled by changing the IGBT Overtemp. setting to fault only in parameter C7.5.1.
Remedy:
Clean any dust from heatsink fins. Verify fan operation and clear any blockages. Improve surrounding cabinet ventilation. Check settings in parameter C7.5.1.
