A0152 fault in WEG CFW701 Drive

A0152 alarm in WEG CFW701 Drive indicates a High Internal Air Temperature. This means the ambient air inside the drive’s casing is dangerously warm, warning of ventilation issues.

Cause:

  • High surrounding air temperature (>50 °C (122 °F)) and high output current.
  • Defective internal cooling fan (if existent).
  • High temperature (> 45 ºC) inside the cabinet.

Note: It can be disabled by setting parameter P0353 = 1 or 3.

Remedy:

Improve enclosure ventilation. Replace failed internal cooling fans. Set parameter P0353 to 1 or 3 if bypass is desired.
