A152 alarm in WEG CFW900 Drive indicates a Power Internal Air Overtemperature. This means the ambient air inside the drive’s power section is dangerously warm, warning of ventilation issues.
Cause:
High internal air temperature alarm.
- High ambient temperature around the inverter (>50 °C) and high output current.
- Defective internal cooling fan (when applicable).
Note: The alarm can be disabled by setting C7.5.1.
Remedy:
Improve enclosure ventilation. Replace any defective internal cooling fans. Set parameter C7.5.1 to adjust alarm behavior if desired.
