Cause:
- Plug-in module is damaged.
- Plug-in module is not properly connected/seated.
- Problem in the identification of the plug-in module (refer to P0027).
Remedy:
Check the physical fit and terminal pin contacts of the plug-in card. Replace the card if damaged. Verify identification parameter P0027.
