Cause:
- Plug-In Module was unplugged while inverter power was active.
- Plug-In Module is damaged or not properly connected.
- Problem in module identification (refer to P0027).
Remedy:
Ensure drive power is isolated before disconnecting accessory cards. Inspect the plugin board pins and re-seat correctly.
