F0150 fault in WEG CFW701 Drive indicates a Motor Overspeed. This means the motor’s actual speed has exceeded the maximum programmed safety limit, potentially due to a loss of load control.
Cause:
- Wrong settings of parameters P0161 and/or P0162.
- Problem with hoist-type loads (mechanical drag).
Note: It trips when the actual speed exceeds the value of P0134 x (100 % + P0132) / 100% for more than 20 ms.
Remedy:
Adjust overspeed limit parameters P0161 and P0162. For lifting or hoist applications, verify brake coordination and torque limits.
