F7460 fault in siemens sinamics V90 drive indicates the End of the reference cam was not found. This means the drive detected the zero mark but reached the absolute end of the traversing range before seeing the reference switch turn off.
Cause:
During the search for reference, when the axis reached the zero mark it also reached the end of the traversing range without detecting an edge at the binector input “reference cam”.
Maximum traversing range: -2147483648 [LU] … -2147483647 [LU]
Remedy:
- Check the “reference cam” input.
- Repeat the search for reference.
