Cause : Overload I2t comes when the power unit was overloaded due to the permissible rated power unit current was exceeded for an in admissibly long time.This means the permissible load duty cycle was not maintained.

F30005 fault in siemens 6RA80 DC Drive indicate Overload I2t. This means the drive has detected an overcurrent condition over time. This fault is a protective mechanism to prevent overheating or damage to the motor or drive due to excessive current.

  1. Reduce the continuous load.
  2. Adapt the load duty cycle.
  3. Check the motor and power unit rated currents.
