Cause : IGBT temperature - Drive IGBT temperature is excessive due to fan not working or low rating drive as compare to motor.
- Check ambient conditions.
- Check air flow and fan operation.
- Check heatsink fins for dust pick-up.
- Check motor power against drive power.
