How can resolve problem FF61 ID run Fault in ABB ACS380 Drive ?
Cause : Motor ID run was not completed successfully.
1. Check the nominal motor values in parameter group 99 Motor data.
2. Check that no external control system is connected to the drive.
3. Cycle the power to the drive (and its control unit, if powered separately).
4. Check that no operation limits prevent the completion of the ID run. Restore parameters to default settings and try again.
5. Check that the motor shaft is not locked.
6. After this facing any problem then contact us.
First take drive in local mode then
set parameter 99.13 - 3
then press start button on drive display then Drive ID run function performed wait 1 min and check any fault coming or not. Then change control mode local to remote and start drive by push button.
