How can resolve problem A5012 Alarm in ABB ACS550 Drive ?

Rotation direction is locked.

@ranjanamit12345 please check parameter 1003
Parameter 1003 defines the control of motor rotation direction.
1 = FORWARD – Rotation is fixed in the forward direction.
2 = REVERSE – Rotation is fixed in the reverse direction.
3 = REQUEST – Rotation direction can be changed on command.
1 = FORWARD – Rotation is fixed in the forward direction.
2 = REVERSE – Rotation is fixed in the reverse direction.
3 = REQUEST – Rotation direction can be changed on command.
if value 1 or 2 stored in parameter this means motor rotate in one direction only.
If you want rotate your motor in both for direction forward/reverse then set value 3 in 1003.
