Internal fault. Current measurement is out of range.

1. Check drive IGBT using multimeter.

2. Check drive CT and CT circuit.

3. Replace control card and check fault coming or not.

You can test drive IGBT & Rectifier using multi-meter see video :

Change CT, this problem comes when drive CT faulty.

Also check CT feedback voltage on 40 pins connector (9,10,11 upper layer from transformer side) you get 7V DC voltage which is CT feedback.

- if you get different voltage then change CT.

- After change CT fault comes then change IC 33074 IC.

# Another way to check CT is first remove CT then power-up drive if fault not coming then CT faulty.

I have an ACS550-01-125-4 on the bench, which has fault F0021. Which CT is changed? This board does not have IC 33074.

@luispires  first change control card and check fault coming if fault not coming then control card fault if fault coming then power card faulty then  change all CT and check.

Have same problem. 180 Amp drive. Was exploded incoming SCR, replace all three.

Find problem on main board repair it. Did not help. Replaced board, same problem.

Replace control board. Nothing.

SCIB control board with Current Sensor Transducers  - check all all components, all of them OK, all three channels similar. Cables from main board to SCIB board OK.
