Do one thing remove all CT connector from power card and check any fault comes ?

If fault not coming then CT faulty if fault comes then control card fault.

@motaz4a check attachment, may be IGBT driver section faulty.

IGBT driver section mark on attachment image.

@click2electro I didn't find the attachment, could you please resend it?

meanwhile, the IGBT driver has been replaced (2 ICs), While replacing the power module I found some of the tracks were cut and I have tried to repair them.

I will check them again

@click2electro Thank you

one question please, I have ordered CT (HX 10-NP) from Farnell site but the received CT although has same P.N but different connection between primary and secondary as follow photos, therefore I have opened the new CT and reconnect the primary and secondary as the original. Does that affect the current measurements or that's fine?

@motaz4a use only original CT if use another CT may be some current sensing issue occurs

@click2electro I have compared the current measurements circuit in both CTs they are identical but only the difference in primary/secondary connection in series or in parallel.

I have adjust the connection as per the original CT.

I will run the VFD to check the current readings
