A 4E01 fault code in your ABB ACS880 drive indicates a cooling fault. This means the drive's internal cooling system is malfunctioning, and the drive is overheating.

1. Check ambient temperature. If it exceeds 40 °C (104 °F), ensure that load current does not exceed derated load capacity.
2. Check power module cooling air flow and fan operation.
3. Check inside of cabinet and heatsink of power module for dust pick-up.
4. Clean whenever necessary.
