Cause : IGBT temperature comes when the IGBT modules are operating at temperatures higher than their rated limits. 

A 4E02 fault code in your ABB ACS880 drive indicates a drive overtemperature fault. This means the internal temperature of the drive has exceeded its safe operating limits.

1. Check ambient conditions.
2. Check air flow and fan operation.
3. Check heatsink fins for dust pick-up.
4. Check motor power against IGBT supply unit power.
