abb drive not responding - comes when drive hardware faulty like power card, control card or power supply section.First power of drive and check drive hardware.

Cause - this fault comes when drive not boot completely due to failure of power supply, control board or IGBT and rectifier. Follow these step to correct this problem.
1. Power off drive and check physically any flash or burn inside.
2. If any flash or burn inside then send drive to repair.
3. Check drive IGBT and rectifier using multimeter.
4. Check drive power supply.
5. Remove fan from drive and then check.
