Warning /Alarm 11 in VLT Micro Drive FC301/ FC302 : Motor thermistor overtemperature - comes when the motor thermistor indicates that the motor temperature is too high.

  1. Check for motor overheating.
  2. Check that the thermistor is securely connected.
  3. Check whether the motor is mechanically overloaded.
  4. When using terminal 53 or 54:
  5. Check that the thermistor is connected correctly between either terminal 53 or 54 (analog voltage input) and terminal 50(+10 V supply).
  6. Check that the terminal switch for 53 and 54 is set for voltage.
  7. Check that parameter 1-93 Thermistor Resource selects 53 or 54.
  8. When using terminal 18, 19, 31, 32, or 33 (digital inputs):
  9. Check that the thermistor is connected correctly between the digital input terminal used (digital input PNP only) and terminal 50.
  10. Select the terminal to use in parameter 1-93 Thermistor Resource.
