Cause : Overcurrent comes when the inverter’s peak current limit (approx. 250% of rated current) has been exceeded or the current flowing through the drive exceeds its rated capacity or a predetermined threshold.
- This can occur due to various reasons and can potentially damage the VFD, the motor, or other connected equipment if not addressed promptly.
