Cause : Brake IGBT/brake chopper short circuited comes when the brake transistor is monitored during start-up. If a short circuit occurs, the brake function is disabled, and an alarm is issued. The frequency converter is tripped.
- Remove the power to the frequency converter and remove the brake resistor.
