How can resolve problem OPHL fault in delta C2000 series drive ?

Output phase loss V phase (OPHL)
V phase output phase loss.
Check motor cable & connection.
Fault treatment parameter
Pr.06-45
0: Warn and keep operation
1: Fault and ramp to stop
2: Fault and coast to stop
3: No warning
Check drive rectifier & IGBT using multimeter.
Check wiring.
Check drive hardware using multimeter.
