How can resolve problem CE1 Illegal command fault in delta ME300 series drive ?

Cause : Communication command is illegal.
Check if the communication command is correct.
Check if the setting for Pr.09-01 and Pr.09-04 is the same as the setting for the
upper unit.
Check the cable and replace it if necessary.
