How can resolve problem EF1 Emergency stop fault in delta ME300 series drive ?

Cause : When the contact of MI = EF1 is ON, the output stops
immediately and displays EF1 on the keypad. The
motor is in free running.
MI = EF1 and the MI terminal is ON.
Verify if the system is back to normal condition, and then press RESET key to
return to the default.
