How can resolve problem tH1o IGBT temperature detection failure fault in delta ME300 series drive ?

Cause : IGBT hardware failure in temperature detection.
When the IGBT temperature is higher than the protection level, and detection
time exceeds 100 ms, the tH1o protection activates.
NTC broken or wiring failure.
Wait for 10 minutes, and then cycle the power. Check if tH1o protection still exists check drive hardware.
