Cause : Over current comes when the current of the main circuit is 1.5 times more than the instantaneous current of the servo drive.

AL001 alarm in delta ASDA-A2 servo drive indicate Over current. This means the current flowing through the motor exceeds the permissible limit.

1. Check if the wiring between the motor and the drive is correct and see if the wire is short-circuited.
2. Check if the wiring steps are correct when connecting the motor to the drive.
3. The temperature of the heat sink is abnormal.
