AL07A alarm in delta servo drive indicates Loss of encoder Z pulse. This means feedback loss of encoder z pulse due to loose connection or faulty encoder.
- Check if the motor is well grounded.
- Check if the encoder cable is separated from the power supply or any high-current cable to avoid interference.
- Check if the encoder uses shielded cable.
