Cause : Output phase loss comes when open phase is present in the motor or when you run drive without motor. This can cause the motor to operate incorrectly or fail to start.

"Err13" fault in inovance MD310 drive indicate "Output phase loss". This means one of the three output phases to the motor is disconnected or has a significant voltage drop.

  1. A loose connection or splice is present.
  2. An external device between the motor and drive has failed.
  3. An open phase is present in the motor.
  4. Check U-V-W motor wiring.
  5. Check the load.
