Cause : Motor overtemperature comes when the motor has exceeded its maximum operating temperature. This fault can lead to potential damage to the motor and affect the drive's performance. Overtemperature conditions may be due to various factors, including excessive load, cooling issues, or motor faults.

"E45.00" fault in inovance MD800 drive indicate "Motor overtemperature" condition. This means the temperature sensor is connected loosely or the motor temperature is too high.

  1. Check the temperature sensor connection.
  2. Re-connect the temperature sensor if necessary.
  3. Increase the carrier frequency or take other heat dissipation measures to cool the motor.
  4. Increase the motor overtemperature protection thresholds.
