Er.834 fault in inovance IS650 servo drive indicates AD sampling overvoltage. This means AI voltage is too high or AI wiring is incorrect or interference exists.
- Measure voltage input from AI and check whether AI sampling voltage (H0B-21 or H0B-22) is greater than 11.5 V.
- Check AI wiring according to correct wiring diagram.
