Cause : Overcurrent when constant speed running comes when the abrupt fluctuations in the load or abnormal load conditions. The inverter output current exceeds the rated current during constant-speed operation, the protection circuit is activated and the inverter trips.

  1. Check the load.
  2. Check the input power source.
  3. Choose higher capacity drive.
  4. Check the encoder and its wiring.
