Cause : OFF3 missing - This fault comes when control signal [OFF3] was deactivated while a traversing command was being executed or checkback signal [OFF3] was deactivated while a traversing command was being executed.
- Check the activation of control signal [OFF3] from the user program.
- If checkback signal [OFF3] is missing, check the supply of control word 1.
