Cause : Positive overtravel reached- This alarm comes due to following reasons:

1. Positive software limit switch position approached -"Software limit switches - positive" (machine data 13) entered incorrectly¨
2. The programmed position is greater than the positive software limit switch.
3. "Reference point - coordinate" (machine data 3) is greater than the positive software limit switch.
4. Incorrect encoder actual value.

Check the machine data and the NC programs and also check the encoder actual value.
